The start of the new financial year has started with some exciting news as our new Ryobi 970 seven colour press with aqueous coating has been installed. It is the final piece of the jigsaw in a 12 month multi million dollar investment including a Rolam, state of the art gluing line with Robatech hot and cold glue.

The Ryobi 970 is a 7 colour press that is ideal for medium capacity packaging, particularly for food packaging, that will enable us to match over 90% of PMS colours using the four colour process. The three extra units gives us enormous scope to meet your special colours and finishing requirements. All printed in one pass. Together with our existing 8 colour XL75 we now have 15 printing units on offer and a much greater size and sheet capacity. We are well suited to facilitate your needs from short to medium and long run packaging on stocks up to 800 micron in thickness, including custom printed boxes.

We feel this investment is a bold but necessary step to offer our customers a real Australian, privately owned option to overseas and multinational suppliers. We can deliver faster to your warehouse, be creative with technological options whilst ensuring our products meeting all environmental certification. CCS actually spend time and money being the most carbon neutral we can be without any false or misleading statements. But that is what our customers expect- a value product, delivered on time at the highest quality with a commitment to good corporate governance and sustainable packaging.

The printing and packaging industry is a very expensive one to enter and remain at the highest level. CCS has been doing this for over 36 years and this new printing represents another expansion of our capabilities.
